Shipping and Returns,
Your order will be shipped in most cases within 1 business day after your payment clears. Once your order is shipped we will notify you via email and send you a tracking number so that you can track your orders.
Orders are shipped mostly by USPS delivery and the larger packages are shipped by either UPS or Fedex which ever is the most cost effective way for our customers. Most orders arrive at your door in 3 to 5 days via USPS and 5 to 9 days via UPS and Fedex.
The shipping costs are real actual prices givin by the shipper and we do not raise or pad shipping in any way. Please be aware that shipping costs have increased recently and that is from the shipping companies, not us. We will always give our customers the lowest shipping possible.
If there is a need to return a product that you ordered then please contact us first. You need to have a RMA Number(Return Merchandise Authorization) on the outside of the package being returned so that we are able to track and process your returns in a timly manor. If there is no RMA number attached to the return package then we have no idea what is inside and wont know where to direct that package. So please make sure to contact us for an RMA number FIRST.
Any returned products that we receive without an RMA number will be returned to sender at the senders cost. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY! So save the stress on everyone involved and get an RMA number before you return.
Any items damaged during the shipping process must be taken up with the shipping company which was responsible for that shipment. A1 Personal Protection will not be held responsible for any damages during shipping. We will however, help you in any way that we can to get your claim through with the shipping company.
Please report any damages to the shipping company immediately after you receive the item and possibly take pictures of that damaged item for your records.
